Lango Music Awards Unveil Official Nominees for the 2025 Edition
The Lango Music Awards Organizing Committee has officially released the full list of
nominees for the 2025 edition, marking another milestone in celebrating and
uplifting musical talent from across the Lango Sub-Region.
This year’s nominations were compiled after a rigorous review process based on
artistic releases, performance quality, media presence, and public influence
spanning from November 2024 to date. Fans, artists, music producers, DJs, and
media personalities all played a role by submitting recommendations and entries
that helped shape the final shortlist.
Speaking during the announcement, organizers emphasized that the Lango Music
Awards remain committed to recognizing excellence and promoting the growth of
the creative industry. The 2025 categories continue to highlight diversity across
genres such as Afrobeat, RnB, Hip-Hop, Dancehall, and Gospel, while also
acknowledging emerging talent and media influences that drive the region’s
entertainment landscape.
