The Archdeacon of Dokolo Urban Archdeaconry Ven.Rev.Captain Julius Otuke has urged christians to embrace salvation and desist from drug abuse .
While preaching on Sunday at Aceng-ryeny cell,Central ward Dokolo Town council for the Holy communion and comforting the family of Penina Okello-Rwot who has lost their beloved son Lawyer George Okello from London,
Otuke urged christians to embrace salvation through receiving Christ into their life as saviours to pave for them way to eternity.
He also cautioned christians especially youth, to desist from drug Abuse such as smoking marajuana,drunkenness,
According to chairperson Dokolo District service Commission John Baptist Okello urged people of Dokolo to offer prayers for the sick and they should always seek health services in the hospital Incase of sickness.
JB Okello Okello who also spoke on behalf of the family said Lawyer George Okello died from United Kingdom-London on Saturday and they are looking forward to receiving the body back to Uganda for burial.
